The park is quiet and well kept: paved roads, concrete pads, a saltwater pool, a modern clubhouse, laundry and showers on site, and a small private lake. Downtown Murphy is a few minutes away for groceries, fuel and restaurants, and the casino is just up the road.

In the Blue Ridge

Western North Carolina mountains, open year round. Hiking, rivers and mountain lakes on the doorstep, and downtown Murphy a few minutes away.

Saltwater pool and clubhouse

Cool off in the pool, run a load of washing, take a proper shower, and sit somewhere that isn’t the rig. There’s a small private lake too.

What time can I arrive and leave?

Arrival and departure times are flexible — tell us roughly when to expect you and we’ll be ready. Check in at the clubhouse when you get here.

What’s included at the site?

A concrete pad with full hookups: 20, 30 and 50 amp power, water and sewer. Paved roads right up to the site, and a grill and picnic table for eating outside.

Can I cancel or change my dates?

Cancel 7 or more days before you arrive and you get a full refund, back to the card you paid with. Inside 7 days there’s no refund. To change dates, email us and we’ll sort it out.

Are pets welcome?

Yes. Pets are welcome and need to be on a leash. The park has a dog grooming station and a dog park.

Can I have a campfire?

Yes — your site has its own fire pit. Firewood isn’t provided, so bring your own or buy it locally.

How big a rig fits?

A full-size bus fits, with slide-outs on both sides. The pads are concrete and level. Both sites are back-in — there is no pull-through.

Is there Wi-Fi?

Yes. You’ll get the Wi-Fi details when you check in at the clubhouse.

Are there extra fees or taxes at checkout?

No. The nightly rate on the calendar is exactly what your card is charged.

Staying a week or more?
